The “Avenue Tours’ Inc.” agency is offering apartments and villas for selling in the prestige microdistrict MARRION LARA RESIDENCE, which is located in the pictorial place of the Lara district of the Antalya resort.
The square area of the apartment with the balcony is 130 m2, free planning (see the example on the scheme of the apartment), two apartments on one floor. The square area of the three floor villas is 500 m2. Each villa is divided into two apartments, 250 m2 each. The direct selling of the apartments will be fulfilled by the following way:
1- The customer calls our center by any appropriate for him way. After the letter contact, the meeting will be held in the office of the company, where we will try to answer all the questions related with the purchase of real estate.
2- In the case of interest with the offer of the agency, we will organize the travel of the customer to Antalya for the direct visual inspection of the real estate.
3- If the customer’s answer about the purchase was positive, the “Avenue Tours’ Inc.” agency will prepare the investment agreement (in the case of stepwise payment) between the construction firm YILDIRIMCAN YATIRIM INSAAT LTD and the customer. All the data concerning the construction and handing-over of the object will be stated in this agreement.
4- After signing and the notary certification of the agreement of investment between construction firm YILDIRIMCAN YATIRIM INSAAT LTD and the customer, the customer should transfer 50% of the price of the object to the construction firm account. All the other payments will be fulfilled by the customer in accordance with the conditions, mentioned in the agreement with the construction firm.
5- The customer should pay, if the transaction was settled, an amount of 2.5% of the transaction price, as commission charge, to the account of the Avenue Tours’ Inc.” agency, in gryvnas, in accordance with the exchange rate on the day of selling. The above-mentioned percent could be regulated by agreement between the agency and the customer, in the case, the customer will purchase more than two apartments.
6- In the case the customer pays the full price directly, the construction firm will issue an ownership certificate for the real estate, for him. This is possible by the Turkish legislation, as the construction firm is materially responsible, in front of the State, for the registered by it objects in the objects registry. The state, from its side, guarantees the customer the full repayment of the means that he has spent for purchasing and registering the real estate.
